 Conditions for Purchase- Service Regulations


General Conditions
  • Every customer is obliged at the moment of ordering to become acquainted with our Service Regulations.
    The prices of all products available in our shop include VAT (gross prices).
  • The selling offer presented on our website automotofan.pl does not constitute the storage inventory of our shop.
  • Automotofan.pl reserves the right to withdraw some products from sale.
  • Automotofan.pl is committed to protecting Your privacy and this sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. Any information will be divulged to any third party.

Order Accomplishment
  • It is essential for starting the order procces to fill in the form completely and truthfully.
  • The purchase orders will be realised both at home and abroad.
  • The shipping costs shall be borne by the Purchaser.
  • The purchaser acquires the right to choose the method of payment according to the form.
  • The delivery period shall commence from the date of the receipt of order to the moment of sending on the merchandise to the forwarding company.
  • Automotofan.pl reserves the right to realise the orders in separate consigments after earlier agreement with the Purchaser and his confirmation made in writing (E-mail or fax) or via phone.
  • The Purchaser has the right after discharge to verify the package contents in the presence of the supplier.
  • Online-Shop reserves the right to retract from following order processes of customers, who return the ordered merchandises without stating any reason.
There is a posibility of in-store pickup after making an earlier arrangement.

Cancellation of a contract
  • The purchaser acquires the right to withdrawn from the contract of purchase within ten days of delivery according to the Act dated 2 March 2000 (Dz. U. z 2000 r. Nr 2 poz. 271). The cancellation will be effective, if the purchaser returns the item in unused condition (sealed package). In this case the shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.
  • In order to withdraw from contract made by means of distance communication the Purchaser is obliged to return the ordered product together with received specificafion, receipt or invoice. In addition the Purchaser is committed to fill in the statement of contract cancellation - Statement.

Return Policy and Complaints
  • Each item shall be returned, unused, tidy and inodorous together with original price tags and marks as well as securely packed.
  • Note that there will be no refunds for shipping charges by product return (e.g. in case when You have chosen unproper cloth size).
  • The packages sent to us on delivery will not be accepted.
  • In case when the delivered package turns out to be damaged or previous opened a damage survey protocol shall be drawn up in the presence of the supplier or at the post office. Thereby shall the Purchaser forgo acceptance of the package.
  • Automotofan.pl provides refunds in amounts equal to the prices of the products. The money will be transfered on banc account given by the customer or there will be sent a postal order to the address given in the order.
    There will not be any refunds for shipping charges. In case of return in order to exchange a product for other one or other size we would like to ask You to sent to automotofan.pl an earlier information (E-mail or fax). The Purchaser shall send us the product together with received specificafion and receipt. Furthermore is s/he asked for filling in and adding the 'Merchandise Exchange Form' to the package - Form.
  • The charges resulting from the return of advertising materials will be refunded after sending off the product and our acceptance of Your complaint. A damaged merchandise will be exchanged for other one of full value and in case it will not be possible (e.g. because of product edition being out of stock) Automotofan.pl will pay the Purchaser the equivalent amount of the product value or offer him other merchandises available in the shop.
  • The Complaints related to mechanical damages occured during transport will be considered only after drawing up a damage survey protocol in the presence of the supplier.
  • All merchandises available in our shop are covered by producer's warranty.
